About Reframed Learning Concepts (RLC)
Reframed Learning Concepts lives its values as it forms partnerships with clients to develop skills training programs, mentoring programs, and learning assessment and recognition systems. RLC works with private companies, sector councils, regulatory authorities, post-secondary institutions, governments, and individuals to identify, document, assess, and recognize the value of the learning that people bring from all areas of life to the workplace
To change one view or frame of yourself, others, or situations to a new frame or view. To be effective, the reframing must fit and flow equally well or even better with the “facts” of the original frame.
Authenticity, Creativity, Simplicity, Trust, Fun
At Reframed Learning Concepts we partner with clients to lead and build innovative learning, mentoring, and assessment systems that reflect the value of all learning and qualifications from around the globe.
