Dr. Jean-Pierre is an economist and education specialist with expertise in strengthening education systems, monitoring, evaluation, research, accountability, and learning in education programmes. Jean Pierre has worked with various organizations, including FCDO, UNICEF, and the World Bank, to design and implement program-level Theories of Change, Log frames, Result frameworks, indicators, and data-collection tools. As a MERL, Quality Assurance, and Test Learn Adapt Lead, Jean Pierre has established a culture of learning on different education programs in Rwanda and globally. As an expert in strengthening education systems, Jean-Pierre was responsible for developing the National Examination and School Inspection Framework for Rwanda and Zimbabwe. He has a PhD in Economics of Education and Educational Planning, with more than 10 years of experience working in both academic and non-academic settings.
