Samuel Adebayo is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) expert with over a decade of experience in designing and implementing national-level research and M&E systems across diverse sectors, including education, health, WASH, nutrition, governance, and humanitarian response.

His expertise spans the entire research cycle, from survey and evaluation design to data collection, quantitative analysis, and reporting, making him exceptionally equipped to facilitate training on questionnaire design and quantitative data analysis. Mr. Adebayo holds advanced degrees in Demography and Social Statistics and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field.

He brings hands-on experience from leading roles in projects funded by USAID, the World Bank, and UNFPA, among others.
